The "physical" universe is not random nor chaotic, every aspect of its structure can be calculated. Consider a "God Computer" that can read, calculate and produce a full map of what every particle, wave, energy, substance, matter, whatever...that exists at one point in the frame of the universe's existence, perhaps start at the big bang. The laws of physics that came into being determine the outcome of every action (change). So, the bottom line is that if you know the rules of physics (every one of them) and know the elements in play, you can therefore calculate every change that occurs and know the outcomes and continuous outcomes and changes thereof. Take into account that human (or life) actions are within the realms of natural physics.
